Thank you everyone for your support and patronage. It’s hard to believe that this dream came true. I learned a lot this first year, and gained more confidence.
Some of the things I’ve learned; if you want to grow grass somewhere just start a garden there, otherwise grass won’t grow. Trying to get an experienced farmer to talk about how much to water is impossible, but I learned that if you water you should at least put down 1″ of water. Everything takes way longer than I though, especially harvesting and washing.
All that said I am really looking forward to next year. We’re going to add a few new crops, and focus more on quality.
